Well I am SUPER late on trying out Cover Girl's Clump Crusher mascara! For some reason I never picked this up to try... I have finally gotten around to it! I guess I felt that it was a gimmicky product with the name "Clump Crusher". Would it actually NOT clump? I was quite surprised with the results.
For me, the brush is not anything special. It has the short rubber bristles (much like Cover Girl's other mascaras, like Lash Blast). I have never really liked rubber mascara brushes; I always gravitate toward large fibrous brushes. The only thing I like, is how the brush curves on one side. It really allows the mascara to reach all lashes and coat them evenly. If you love rubber brushes when it comes to mascaras, then you will LOVE this!
Now onto the actual results!
Here I have on 2 coats. I LOVE how it really did not clump! Usually when I apply more than 1 coat of mascara it starts to clump up and looks awe-full! As you can see it separates beautifully and gives a decent amount of length. As for volume, this is where I am not so thrilled. It really does not give much volume at all!
I also noticed that it lasted all day and did not flake at all which is a big bonus... I hate when mascaras FLAKE!
All in all I definitely think that it CRUSHES CLUMPS! I had no clumps while applying it and it stayed like that all day! This mascara gives length but not much volume, which is why I like to use it as a natural everyday mascara. Perfect for everyday wear. I love the way this makes my lashes look! I am glad that I decided to purchase it after so much debating!
